Payment & Enrollment Policies

• Payment is due at the beginning of each month.

• The preferred form of payment is a credit card, which will be automatically charged monthly.

• To enroll in the School of Horsemanship, students must commit to a minimum of three (3) months.

• Students enrolled in monthly classes will be automatically re-enrolled each quarter unless a written notice of cancellation is provided at least 30 days prior to the end of the current quarter.

Attendance & Cancellations

• Missed classes are not eligible for makeup sessions.

• If a lesson is canceled by the instructor, a makeup lesson will be provided.

• Lessons may be canceled due to extreme weather conditions (including severe storms or extreme heat/cold). These cancellations will not be made up.

• During periods of extreme heat, regularly scheduled hands-on lessons may be converted into lecture or demonstration sessions held in an air-conditioned space.

Seasonal Closures

• Glen Oaks School of Horsemanship will be closed for a total of six (6) weeks each year.

• These closures allow time for horse rest, instructor continuing education, and special event scheduling.
